As part of our efforts to end childhood obesity, we offer wellness meals in our two residential dining halls. These meals are a healthy, well balanced option for you to enjoy that will not compromise your health.

Breakfast:
Food Profile: (amounts are minimums)
2 oz whole grain rich grain (>50% whole grain) serving equivalent
1 cup fruit and/or vegetable serving equivalent
1 cup low-fat dairy serving equivalent or 1oz lean meat/fish/poultry serving equivalent
Nutrient Profile:

≤ 460mg sodium
Lunch:
